As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), you will provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients ages 18 months and older, delivering exceptional patient care services in collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Application for DEA registration required at the time of offer.

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification and valid State license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.

Vaccination Requirement:

• All employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by their start date (subject to approved medical or religious exemptions).

Working Hours:

• Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
