Job Summary:

Client is seeking an experienced General Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, and repairs to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and perform repairs as needed
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless maintenance operations
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work independently to meet deadlines

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, and electrical maintenance
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Relevant certification or degree in Maintenance Engineering or related field
