We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Permanent RN Nurse Manager - Outpatient to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to lead and manage our outpatient nursing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on outpatient care, and a passion for training, development, quality, education, teaching, evaluation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent RN Nurse Manager - Outpatient, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of the outpatient department to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
2. Developing and implementing training programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
3. Evaluating the performance of the nursing staff, providing feedback, and implementing necessary improvements.
4. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
5. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
7. Participating in the hiring, training, and development of nursing staff.
8. Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services.
9. Ensuring continuous quality improvement through data analysis, identification of trends, and implementation of improvement plans.
10. Providing education and teaching to patients, families, and staff as needed.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent RN Nurse Manager - Outpatient position, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

1. Must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
3. A minimum of five years of nursing experience
4. Proven experience in training, development, quality, education, teaching, evaluation, and process improvement.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
