Job Title: I&E Trainer

PTS Advance is seeking an experienced I&E Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our I&E Technicians in the field, providing mentorship and coaching to enhance their technical skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a wealth of field experience. Your role will focus on building up the skills of our technicians while ensuring safety and efficiency in all field operations

.Key Responsibilities

• :Provide hands-on mentorship and coaching to I&E Technicians in the field
• .Support the development and execution of training programs to improve technical skills
• .Assist in writing and revising standard operating procedures for I&E tasks
• .Share expertise to foster knowledge transfer and ensure best practices are followed
• .Work alongside the technical team to identify areas for improvement and deliver targeted training sessions
• .Help maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance in all field activities

.Qualifications & Skills

• :10+ years of experience in the I&E field
• .Strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in I&E systems, tools, and procedures
• .Proven ability to mentor, coach, and build skills in a team environment
• .Experience in writing technical procedures and safety protocols
• .Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• .Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
