• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance databases with a focus on Vector DBs and Graph DBs , enabling intelligent data processing and retrieval.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate AI-driven solutions into data storage and querying systems.
• Implement and manage cloud-native databases and applications across leading platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Build and enhance retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to improve data-driven decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Use Python to create scripts, workflows, and APIs to support database and AI initiatives.
• Work in cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for complex data challenges.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new database technologies and AI trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j, TigerGraph).
• Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their database services.
• Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python for database automation, scripting, and API development.
• A solid understanding of database architecture, optimization, and data modeling .
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus but not required.
• Experience in the finance industry is welcome but not a dealbreaker.
