About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will play a pivotal part in shaping application architectures, driving API and UI development, and solving operational challenges. Your work will empower teams to deliver cloud-native, event-driven microservices and robust enterprise solutions. This role combines technical acumen, architectural design, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and implementation of full-stack applications, emphasizing microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Architect scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS technologies like EKS, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, domain experts, and development teams, to deliver impactful technical solutions.
- Create frameworks, libraries, and reusable software components to accelerate development.
- Drive containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure scalability and operational excellence.
- Resolve complex coding challenges and optimize performance for high-traffic applications.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, such as system architecture diagrams and best practices for reusable patterns.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 10+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years as an Application/Solutions Architect working on enterprise-grade systems.
- Strong programming expertise in Java, C#, or Python.
- Proven experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Hands-on API development experience, with a focus on transactional and scalable solutions.
- AWS proficiency (minimum of 2 years), with practical knowledge of EKS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB. AWS certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate, are a plus.
- Exceptional ability to design reusable software components and automated testing frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of InfoSec and DevSecOps principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work across teams and communicate complex ideas effectively.

- This hybrid role requires candidates to be local and available for 3 days onsite weekly.
