Growth Marketing Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a growth marketing manager with 3 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for a financial services organization. This position is hybrid 3 days in office in Charlotte, NC. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Help expand paid marketing programs for the performance marketing team, covering both digital and offline channels.
• Support the launch of the Brand campaign as we move to a full-funnel media strategy.
• Analyze and synthesize marketing data to convey key findings to the broader marketing team.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop briefs with clear messaging and precise targeting tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills.
• Offline (TV/OTT/CTV) media buying experience a plus but not a requirement.
• A track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Hands-on, high-capacity doer, with excellent multi-tasking skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment and customer segmentation.

Employment Type: 4 month contract

Compensation: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
