Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist
Location: St Paul, MN 55102 (Hybrid, 2-3 days a week)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop and produce high-quality content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media.
- Create clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and website content.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing and R&D to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Campaign Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing communications initiatives.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making.
- Event Coordination:
- Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars to promote company products and services.
- Coordinate logistics, create promotional materials, and follow up with event participants.
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or public relations.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a positive attitude and a passion for storytelling.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce.com, social media management tools, email marketing software).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design principles (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 2-4 years experience
