Job Title: Executive Execution Specialist

Expected Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Note: Only on W2, need local candidates


Job Description:

The Executive Talent Acquisition teams mission is to Identify, attract, engage, and select the best talent for executive leadership roles at Client, whilst delivering best-in-class experience for both internal and external executive talent.

The Executive Execution Specialist is a key member of the Executive Talent Acquisition Team and is both a strategic and tactical resource. The focus of the Execution Specialist is to partner with the Executive Talent Acquisition specialist to ensure the work done is both consistent and operationally sound while assuring high standards are met.


Responsibilities:

The Executive Execution Specialist partners with the Executive Talent Acquisition team and its leadership in all client activity, which includes but is not limited to:

- Coordinating of all Intake and debrief calls with the client

- Coordinating of all assessment, including executive assessment (KF), and scheduling of Debrief with assessment (KF) team with Exec TA and the Business

- Vendor Oversight - Processing of invoice from agencies, coordinating with THD/TAO and vendor, including Manage PO/Invoice requests for Assigned Product Group.

- The creation of all PowerPoint presentations.

- End of Week Client update preparation.

- Creation of candidate bio if CV is not available, and Client Executive Bios for Exec TA use.

- Workday processes, which includes reviewing applications, completing interviewer panels, pushing applications through the process in real time, bundling CVs, ensuring source codes are correct for interviewed applicants, and dispositioning applications when advised to.

- Creation and up keeping a repository of all executive team's trackers, ensuring all information and documents stored in the repository are correct and up to date. This will include the creation and completion of a centralized interview summary reports real-time for interviews requested and any subsequent reports (post-offer reports, onboarding reports, ART, cost avoidance report, and any other report the team needs).
