Join our team as a Front Office Assistant where you'll play a key role in welcoming clients, managing communications, and supporting office operations. You will be asked to work 32 hours per week with the option to work 4 or 5 days a week.
Compensation - $20/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries
- Maintain company calendar, schedule appointments, send reminders
- Input data and generate reports using CRM software
- Proof and edit weekly articles and scripts
- Assist with event preparation and administrative projects
- Perform general office tasks (faxing, photocopying, etc.)
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Prior administrative experience preferred
