We seek a seasoned Program Manager with a strong business consulting or management background and experience in financial institutions (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Booz Allen, Wells Fargo, or similar firms). The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator who can effectively engage with senior and executive-level stakeholders, ensuring seamless management and communication across a multifaceted risk remediation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a large-scale risk remediation program comprising 13 workstreams , including Cyber, Data, and Operations.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
• Manage weekly program-level communications to senior and executive stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen to oversee program budgets, ensuring effective allocation and management of resources.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the program portfolio, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Requirements

• Proven business consulting/management background with experience in financial institutions (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Booz Allen, Wells Fargo, or comparable firms).
• Exceptional strategic communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated success in senior and executive-level stakeholder management, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Experience managing risk remediation portfolios or similar large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Strong budget management skills and the ability to provide financial oversight for a comprehensive program.
