What You’ll Do:


  • This is a new role. Exciting to build a new department with leadership. Develop policies, standards, and still participate in projects from concept to commissioning for customers.
  • Lead a team to design, build, and implement advanced automated systems, including PLC and HMI programming.
  • Oversee project schedules, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain automation software standards while troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Collaborate with senior management to influence corporate policy and strategic goals.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or related field) and 7–10 years of experience in electrical design or automation.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems (e.g., Rockwell ControlLogix, Fisher Roc), and a strong understanding of electrical design.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, deliver results, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel 50% domestically and internationally (North America).
