Large Manufacturing Company located in Peachtree City GA is looking for a Metallurgist

Job Duties

• Implement, maintain, and optimize QC-related measurement systems and methods.
• Oversee and ensure the functionality of measurement equipment used in the facility.
• Independently program test systems and measuring devices (e.g., coordinate measuring machines, function/force testing devices).
• Qualify both automated and non-automated test equipment through measurement system analyses.

Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge in measurement technology (e.g., Aukom) and a basic understanding of quality management.
• 3+ years of experience in using test methods and measurement technology.
• 2+ Years CMM statistical software, and programming languages
• 1+ interpreting technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, including products and production workflows.
