CSG Talent is working on behalf of a well-established national engineering and environmental consulting firm that is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team in Rochester New York.

This role involves leading technical and leadership efforts on diverse environmental and civil engineering projects, including site/civil, geotechnical, water resources, waste management, and remediation.

You will be working across NY State Brownfield Redevelopment program, remediation/excavation, Landfill, and Superfund site projects. This individual will be responsible for all civil aspects of projects, so an Engineering background and PE Certification is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Engineer of Record (EOR) for engineering drawings and reports.
• Utilize AutoCAD , Civil3D , and stormwater modeling tools like HydroCAD .
• Manage NPDES permits, earthwork contouring, and hydraulic system modeling (PipeFlo ).
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects.
• Oversee fieldwork, quality control, budgeting, and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• PE License in New York State.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering .
• Proficiency in engineering design software and OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER certification.
• Strong experience in site-civil, stormwater, geotechnical, and environmental projects.
