We are looking for a Quality Engineer to support post-market surveillance activities. This role involves investigating customer complaints, analyzing root causes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of quality systems, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct complaint investigations and identify root causes.
• Ensure timely completion and compliance of complaint investigations.
• Analyze and resolve non-conformances and CAPA issues.
• Develop and update risk management files and technical documentation.
• Support manufacturing processes using Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide guidance to technicians.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in quality engineering or related field.
• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory standards.
