The Company

We are teaming up with a progressive financial lender that extends credit lines to consumer brands and investor groups. Their proprietary loan servicing platform streamlines operations, portfolio management, and client acquisition empowering them to make informed, data-driven decisions.

The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join a team focused on maintaining and enhancing their platform. You’ll be responsible for both front-end and back-end development (50/50 split), bug fixes, and feature development.

Skills & Experience

• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring a smooth user experience and efficient server-side logic.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Python
• Strong working knowledge of AWS services
• Experience working in Agile environments participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying and solving complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and deploying microservices-based applications, ideally with Python or similar technologies for machine learning models and data pipelines is nice to have.

Benefits

The base salary is $100,000 - $130,000 + bonus, plus comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
