Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in HVAC controls or building automation systems ? We’re looking for a dynamic leader to coordinate exciting projects for our commercial and industrial clients. What You’ll Do:


  • Oversee the execution of HVAC controls projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to client specifications.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, and installation teams to design and implement effective HVAC control solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with customers to establish project timelines, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure timely completion without exceeding costs.
  • Provide mentorship on HVAC system controls and applications, helping to resolve issues and train team members.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and facilitate training sessions for clients on HVAC controls and their functionalities.

What You Bring:


  • Associate’s degree in related field or previous industry knowledge
  • Proven experience in HVAC controls or building automation systems
  • Extensive understanding of blueprints and specifications
  • Proficiency in estimating labor and materials for construction projects
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite including Visio.
  • A valid driver's license with the ability to travel to different project sites as required.
