Eastern Corporation is a building envelope contractor based in Youngsville, NC, that operates in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the USA.

Role Description

The Construction Superintendent will oversee construction site management, safety protocols, organization of resources, budgeting, and project management on a day-to-day basis.

The superintendent will serve as our main POC on jobsites and will often reflect the culture of Eastern Corporation to our customers as well as other trades. Being an effective communicator is a critical factor in defining an effective superintendent.

Daily travel to jobsites should be expected. Driving distances will vary but are typically limited to a maximum of 1.5hrs.

Qualifications

Construction Site Management, Construction Safety, and Organization Skills

Budgeting and Project Management expertise

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure

3-5 years’ experience working in the construction industry; Glass and Panel experience is a must
