We are seeking an experienced Traveling Mechanical Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects. This role requires frequent travel to various project sites, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to safety standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate on-site mechanical installations, including HVAC systems, piping, and plumbing.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
• Review blueprints and specifications to ensure proper execution of work.
• Manage material orders, inventory, and delivery schedules.
• Train and mentor site crews, promoting skills development and efficiency.
• Perform quality checks and ensure all systems meet industry standards.
• Document daily activities, progress, and any delays or challenges.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, mechanical standards, and OSHA regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and project specifications.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
