This role will be working on one of the largest Data Centers ever constructed in the U.S. You will be responsible for a team of Superintendents, ensuring each phase of the project runs to the schedule over the allotted time frame.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Superintendents and maintaining control over each portion of the project
• Driving the project schedule and ensuring Superintendents coordinate each of the trades
• Providing reports on the project progress and recording observations in Procore
• Mentor, train and develop subordinates through leading by example

Qualifications

• Experience working on ground up data center or mission critical projects in excess of $300MM
• Experience as a Senior Superintendent or be a Superintendent ready to take the next step
• Proficiency in using Procore
• Be ready to travel or willing to relocate to the project site
