As part of their team, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. P6 Construction Scheduler to manage, develop, and monitor project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and seamless execution.

Focus:
- Develop a comprehensive preliminary master schedule based on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), outlining key milestones, deliverables, and critical activities and ensure that the schedule serves as a strategic roadmap for seamless project execution and adaptation.
- Integrate safety considerations into all scheduling processes to ensure compliance with safe construction practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to create bid and proposal schedules that reflect project scope, milestones, and resource needs and ensure alignment with client expectations to support competitive proposals.
- Incorporate labor, material, and equipment resource plans into the master schedule to meet project timelines and requirements.
- Identify scheduling risks, such as delays, resource shortages, or unforeseen issues, and implement strategies to mitigate delays, ensuring the project stays on track.
- Work with site staff to resolve scheduling conflicts, re-sequence activities, and update CPM schedules as per project requirements.
- Assess design and construction changes, conducting analyses to identify potential risks or delays, and communicate findings to project stakeholders for alignment and decision-making.
- Collaborate with project controls teams to integrate cost, schedule, and performance data, ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of schedule updates and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver detailed schedule reports to project executives, highlighting project performance and potential scheduling risks.
- Conduct post-project schedule evaluations to identify areas of improvement and implement lessons learned for future projects.
- Promote a collaborative work culture based on core principles of accountability, teamwork, and long-term investment.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction scheduling, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of construction principles and processes, including the ability to interpret and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Experience with value engineering (VE) schedules and optimizing project timelines while balancing cost, risk, and constructability.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks in a dynamic construction environment, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
