This mid-sized general contractor works on projects exclusively for the federal government, including agencies such as NAVFAC, Army Corps of Engineers, NSA, and the NIH. They have grown immensely over the past 5 years, and looking to add a Civil Project Manager to the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience within civil commercial projects with a general contractor
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• Assesses and analyzes subsurface soil samples, techniques for deep excavations, support systems for excavation walls, and methods for managing groundwater
• OSHA 30 & Current Certification
