Job Title: Workday HCM Project Manager
Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles. Must be able to come onsite 2-3 days a week

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Project Manager to oversee and manage post go-live enhancements for their Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of additional HR products while applying Workday's best practices and methodology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically within the Workday HCM space, and a solid understanding of HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate post go-live enhancements for Workday HCM, ensuring timely delivery of all enhancements and HR product implementations.
- Leadership Mindset: Demonstrate a leadership mindset and be assertive in driving project progress.
- Resource Management: Oversee and direct implementation resources, ensuring effective task management and resource allocation across various teams.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Work closely with multiple business units to gather requirements, analyze needs, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Drive Deliverables: Manage and ensure successful completion of project deliverables, tasks, and milestones internally.
- Implementation Support: Ensure the completion of full lifecycle Workday implementation, particularly in Phase 2 or Phase X of the implementation process.
- Forward-Thinking Approach: Be prepared to anticipate project needs and proactively develop solutions that align with long-term HR and business goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of Workday Project Management experience, specifically working with HR implementations.
- Workday Expertise: Proven ability to manage end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, including experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations (Phase 2 or Phase X).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with various business units and senior stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage complex projects with precision and attention to detail.
- Certifications (Preferred): Workday HCM certification is a plus but not required.
