We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage complex projects while meeting quality, budget, and schedule goals.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee pre-construction activities, including permits, bidding, and subcontractor selection.
• Manage project teams, including site superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to resolve issues and maintain alignment with project goals.
• Enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Provide detailed project updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a project management role.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
