Reporting directly to the Lead Superintendent, this role will be the #2 Superintendent on site.

Projects are based across the greater Nashville area and this role will assume full responsibility for the project in the Lead Superintendent's absence.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring each of the subcontractors are able to execute their portion of the project and have what they need to be successful
• Checking the quality of work adheres to the company's guidelines
• Assisting with reporting on the project progress and using Procore to record observations
• Managing safety for the project site
• Assisting and deputizing for the Lead Superintendent as required

Essential qualifications:

• Experience in ground up Multifamily wood frame projects, in excess of $25MM
• Experience in using ProCore for observations and reporting
• Be based in, or willing to relocate to, middle Tennessee
