One of our clients, an international financial advisory firm who is the leading company in their field, is hiring for an amazing Executive Assistant role! They are a global firm with offices in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
THE ROLE
This is an Executive and Business Assistant role to support two relationship managers on the sales team. It is a dynamic, multi faceted and client facing role where the individual will be acting as business chief of staff and an executive assistant. They will be able to work at pace, turning around LP information immediately to allow for efficient prep for investor and client meetings. There is definitely great scope in this role for someone who sees a career with the firm and there’s plenty of room to get involved in more and really grow one’s skills. The individual will work alongside other administrators and coordinators as well.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to…
- Extensive briefing notes preparation, recording and documenting
- Internal and external meeting preparation and presentations
- Client and external stakeholder interaction, follow up and scheduling
- CRM system updates and data entry
- Client follow up and liaison contact
- Good general knowledge of the firm and team priorities
- Heavy scheduling (that can change at a moments notice)
- Some international, predominantly domestic travel across North America
- Ad-hoc administrative projects where needed, ad hoc support for wider team members
- Provide back up coverage for other EAs during absence, with a willingness to jump in where needed
THE CANDIDATE
This hire will be a calm and confident communicator, able to effectively liaise and follow up with clients and all external stakeholders in a timely manner. It is imperative that this hire has a good understanding of the work the team and wider company do, to effectively service investors and clients. This individual will be committed to working in a professional, structured environment and be able to use their initiative to successfully support a team of busy senior executives, bringing with them an understanding and willingness to learn the pace and culture of a Private Equity firm and investment team.
Key requirements for this role include…
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role/environment

THE COMP/BENEFITS
- Paying between $90-95k
- Hybrid schedule, 4 days in the office with flexibility
- OT eligible
