Our client is a growing CPA firm with over 60 years of success, known for its stability, friendly work environment, and dedication to providing exceptional tax and accounting services. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact by greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist clients with tax returns and other documentation during visits.
- Manage phone calls, scheduling, and Outlook calendars.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning documents, processing tax returns, and making bank deposits.
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative role; experience at a CPA firm is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other office software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
