Title: Licensing Operations Coordinator

Location: Pflugerville, TX

Reports To: Software Solutioneering & Sales Manager

Your Mission/Job Functions

• Provide basic Technical Support remotely for EOS Customer install base

• Be highly responsive to customer needs

• Maintain call hours

• Open service ticket in SAP for Customer Support.

• Place basic orders in SAP.

• Close call upon completion of ticket.

• Observe and maintain my-EOS e-mails.

Route calls in reference to my-EOS instructions and guidelines

• Work closely with 2nd Level Support to ensure local install base is maintained to company standards

• Collection of customer and machine data, for further evaluation and processing steps by TSE

• Support Software sales goals for growth and establishing software value for customers & internal stakeholders

• Promote process improvements for licensing & software sales to enhance overall department efficiency
