This is a full time role in Tampa paying between 75-88k/year.

ob Description/Duties:

• Plan and Organize : Collaborate with the Superintendent to determine pipe routes and installation sequences.
• Site Inspection : Assess sites for pipe installation methods, potential hazards, and safety concerns.
• Installation Planning : Plan drainpipe installations to minimize interference with other activities.
• Supervision : Oversee pipe crew activities, including fitting pipes and installing sewer systems.
• Productivity Monitoring : Ensure crew productivity, equipment, and materials meet deadlines.
• Equipment Maintenance : Maintain company vehicles and equipment per safety standards.
• Training : Train crew on equipment use and safety procedures.
• Reporting : Maintain daily logs and progress photos.
• Liaison : Act as a liaison with HR for work-related injuries and complete accident reports.
• Safety Leadership : Lead safety meetings and training sessions.
• Compliance : Stay updated on safety procedures and regulations, ensuring compliance.

Skillset Requirements:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in civil construction and underground utility
• Experience operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining heavy construction equipment
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations
