Responsibilities
- Create Reporting and Insights:
- Pull data from available systems to develop reports for merchants.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve merchant operations.
- Update Merchant Materials:
- Refresh and improve materials for merchant meetings.
- Prepare presentations, emails, and other collateral to share insights with merchants.
- Support Ticket Management:
- Respond to merchant support requests efficiently.
- Work on scaling support systems to handle program-related inquiries.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks:
- Assist with data analysis, presentation creation, or other time-sensitive tasks as needed.
- Merchant Visits:
- Schedule and visit merchants to address operational challenges and provide training.
- Set Up and Train on New Technology:
- Help merchants install and adopt NFC tiles for better customer engagement.
- Observation and Training:
- Observe restaurant operations, identify challenges, and offer training to improve processes.
- Secret Shopping:
- Visit locations undercover to assess compliance and customer interactions.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Comfortable pulling and interpreting data using tools like Google Sheets and Excel.
- Proficient in Google Suite: Skilled in creating and updating documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- People-Oriented: Friendly, approachable, and capable of training staff effectively.
- Fast Learner: Quickly adapts to new tools, processes, and challenges.
- Detail-Oriented: Focused on accuracy and quality in reporting and materials.
- Flexible and Mobile: Willing to travel within San Francisco and East Bay using public transportation, Lyft, or personal vehicle.
