Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator at Perfect Health LLC in Somerset, NJ. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing customer service inquiries, shipping & receiving, inventory control, Data entry, import logistics, invoices, and other responsibilities as needed .Providing administrative assistance, and ensuring smooth operations management.
Responsibilities
- Handle shipping and receiving of products.
- Manage inventory and keep stock levels updated.
- Coordinate import logistics and follow shipping rules.
- Provide customer service related to shipments and inventory.
- Update inventory and shipment systems as needed.
- Proactively anticipates needs and takes action to address them effectively and efficiently.
- Data Entry
- Actively seek out new responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of the team or organization
- Sending invoices to customers and follow up with payment
- Other responsibilities as needed

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software (Fishbowl is a plus)
