Title: Solution Architect

Responsibilities:
Solutions Architecture:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and platforms, emphasizing security, accessibility, and compliance.
- Ensure solutions adhere to architectural standards and best practices.
- Participate in technology selection and provide recommendations.
- Develop estimates for project timelines and report progress to management.
- Identify and manage risks associated with proposed solutions, including security considerations.
- Review and optimize solutions for performance and scalability.
Knowledge Management:
- Promote understanding of client architecture and industry best practices.
- Capture and share best practices within the solution architect community.
- Ensure intellectual assets are reusable and relevant for future projects.
Technical Leadership:
- Act as a technical advisor to determine optimal solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide guidance on technology trends, emphasizing security and accessibility.
- Collaborate with other architects to maintain a consistent architectural vision.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Build and maintain relationships through transparent communication and issue resolution.
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain solution architecture documentation.
- Document technical designs and implementation plans clearly and concisely.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
- Experience with various technologies, operating systems, and databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
