Seeking a talented Order Processor / Material Planning Assistant to join our team in Adelanto, CA ! Position is full time onsite, TTH with a compensation range of $18.50 - $22.50/hr. D.O.E.

Order Processing:

• Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the company’s system.
• Verify order details, including quantities, pricing, and shipping information.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipment of orders.
• Communicate with customers to confirm orders, update on delivery schedules, and address inquiries or issues.
• Maintain accurate order records and generate reports as required.

Material Planning Assistance:

• Support the material planning team in monitoring inventory levels and forecasting needs.
• Assist in creating and updating production schedules to align with order requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers to track and expedite material deliveries as needed.
• Analyze usage trends and provide recommendations for inventory replenishment.
• Assist in identifying and addressing material shortages or surpluses.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in order processing, material planning, customer service, or a related role.
• Proficiency in using order management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
