Your Mission:

Lead the charge in overseeing plant operations – from production and scheduling to warehouse management and facility maintenance. Your goal? Deliver seamless, on-time, and high-quality products while keeping a keen eye on costs and driving efficiency improvements. Your leadership will ensure that every project is completed flawlessly and within budget!

What You’ll Own:

• Production Powerhouse : Lead and optimize production processes, ensuring we exceed customer expectations for on-time, error-free deliveries.
• Innovate & Improve : Champion Lean principles, 5S initiatives, and cutting-edge process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Facility Guardian : Safeguard the plant and equipment, manage capital expenses, and ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Mentor Extraordinaire : Inspire, guide, and grow your team. You’ll foster a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment where everyone thrives.
• Inventory Mastermind : Collaborate with vendors, manage inventory, and ensure seamless production by aligning resources and schedules.

What You Bring:

• Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent experience that demonstrates your expertise.
• Experience : 7+ years in manufacturing with a proven track record of leadership, budget management, and quality control. Bonus points for experience with Quality Management Systems.
• Certifications : Lean or Six Sigma certifications preferred – you know how to drive change and efficiency!
• Skills : You’re a strategic planner with a knack for production scheduling, process improvements, and cost control. Plus, you're savvy with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Leadership : Servant leader with a passion for mentorship, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire change at every level.
