What would I be doing?
Position Summary
To oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation, ensuring that it is being operated in an efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Execute and share all Food and Beverage Dept. policies and procedures.
· Hire, evaluate, discipline, and terminate as needed within the restaurant outlets.
· Ensure high standards of quality control of product and service within the Food outlet.
· Understands and demonstrates management’s point of view.
· Greets and seats guests when needed and maintains a visible presence in the room.
· Ensures proper service.
· Supervises the training of all Team Members in maintaining expected standards.
· Responsible for scheduling, assigning stations and job duties.
· Controls labor costs.
· Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards.
What are we looking for?
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning, food, liquor and labor costing, budget, financial statements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required Education and Work Experience
- Five (5) years food and beverage experience.
- Three (3) years supervisory experience.
