We are working with our client Two Lights Settlement Services in seeking a Receptionist to report to the office in Falmouth, ME.

Requirements of the Receptionist:

• 3 years of reception or office administrative experience, supporting a fast paced and high transaction office.
• Real Estate, Legal, or Banking industry knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and in person.
• Professional communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient MS Office and computer skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Falmouth, ME

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

• Answer high volume of incoming calls throughout the workday.
• Greet clients as they enter the office.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients.
• Administrative tasks such as mailings and supply ordering.
• Handle daily communication with agents, home buyers/sellers.
• Oversee schedules and create and maintain documents for the team as needed.
• Additional clerical duties including faxing, copying, scheduling and various research projects as necessary.
