Key Responsibilities:

• Game Operations: Accurately and efficiently deal poker games, including Texas Hold'em and Omaha, while maintaining the game's pace and fairness.
• Game Supervision: Monitor play to ensure compliance with house rules, poker regulations, and player etiquette.
• Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Dispute Resolution: Mediate disputes or issues among players with fairness and tact, escalating concerns as necessary.
• Cash Handling: Manage chips and pot calculations accurately, ensuring the integrity of payouts.
