Our client is hiring an Executive Assistant for their Santa Monica, CA location.

Job Summary: Administrative / Executive Assistants support senior leadership as strategists, consultants, and implementers. They streamline activities within the organization based on senior leaders' priorities. Responsibilities include managing complex workflows such as relationship management, schedule oversight, event planning, and travel coordination. They are crucial to senior leadership business matters, crafting communications to partners, and identifying situations that could affect leadership commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate events, and host high-profile visitors and guests.
- Understand group and company priorities to ensure executive productivity.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Navigate communications and requests gracefully, adhering to company values.
- Coordinate meetings, ensuring clarity on agenda, structure, goals, and follow-up actions. May also take notes.
- Manage executive travel and oversee team travel itineraries.
- Communicate priorities, activities, and results to the organization, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Maintain a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs.
- Identify and take on ad-hoc projects (e.g., organizing multi-day workshops).
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting senior leaders as an Administrative/Executive Assistant.
- Organizational dexterity with executive and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Initiative and drive to solve problems.
- Results/action-oriented with project management skills.
- Must be in the LA area.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of extensive Google Workplace experience.
