This role focuses on business law , estate planning and administration , and litigation . Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel in business law matters, including contracts, entity formation, and compliance.
• Draft and oversee estate plans, wills, trusts, and handle estate administration.
• Represent clients in litigation cases, including conducting research, drafting pleadings, and attending court hearings.
• Collaborate with the firm's team to ensure timely and effective client service.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm's standards for ethical practice.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and current license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business, estate, and litigation law.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
