We’re seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee a dynamic team in a high-speed manufacturing environment . This role offers a competitive salary of $100-155K , up to 20% bonus potential , and relocation assistance for the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 direct reports (including supervisors and engineers) and 17 maintenance technicians .
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime on high-speed automated equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
• Ensure the safety and operational excellence of equipment, building, and grounds.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with 4+ years in management .
• Background in food, beverage, CPG, or high-speed bottling industries preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, VFDs, and high-speed automation equipment .
• Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, training, and team development.
