Architect -

The ideal candidate will be an architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using REVIT. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities

• Take designs, prepare the drawings in Revit and coordinate work with our engineers
• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Prepare the project schedule for the Architect to use to keep the engineers on task - utilize BIM 360 to collaborate real time with the various engineering firms
• Collaborate with engineers using their cloud-based information storage and retrieval system - Autodesk system
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• Licensed Architecture or close to receiving
• 2+ years of experience working on Hi-end Residential and Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Clinic building architecture
• Strong organizational, creative, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in REVIT (a must skill), Autocad, and BIM360
