As a Sales Support Specialist, your primary role will be to support our regional Sales and District Managers by processing orders, creating quotations, contacting vendors for product availability, resolving customer concerns, and providing administrative support to branch operations and management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Process, modify, cancel and track orders.
- Generate product quotations using superior attention to detail and accuracy.
- Track back orders and provide proof of deliveries.
- Contact vendors for product availability, pricing and order status.
- Resolve customer concerns and order related issues.
- Research products using internal and external resources.
- Provide administrative support to branch operations and management.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and operational information.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Serve as a back-up to Sales Support Manager.
- Process new customer account submissions.
- Generate customer related reports.
- Assist with training of new Sales Support Specialists.
- May assist with credit processing and customer special pricing submissions.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- College Degree, Customer Relations, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of general industrial and/ or welding industries are a major plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
