Our customer, a large manufacturing company, is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Attorney to join our team in downtown Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial, vendor, and procurement contracts.

Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension

Location: Downtown Chicago, IL

Location: In-office two days a week, Downtown Chicago, IL

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial, vendor, and procurement contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment is a plus but not required.
