Job Description:


The Litigation Paralegal will provide essential support to attorneys by managing case files, conducting legal research, and preparing key documents. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.

• Draft legal documents, including routine pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories.

• File motions and pleadings in accordance with judicial procedures.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provide written summaries to attorneys.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, and other documentation.

• Order, track, and review medical records and other necessary case-related materials.

• Ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently within deadlines.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.



Qualifications:


Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

• Paralegal certification is strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on managing cases in a high-volume personal injury firm.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
