As a Technical Business Analyst (BA) at a hedge fund, you will support the macro middle office acting as an intermediary between developers and stakeholders, you aim to adopt better processes, analyze and document business processes, and translate requirements into implementation specifications for both one-off enhancements and large-scale projects. Responsibilities include understanding trade requirements and determining optimal processes for new products. You will prepare term sheets, question existing processes, and ensure systems account for trade details, including current c-swaps, cash flow generation, and return on price. You will build consensus to define clear acceptance criteria, document data and process flows. You will manage tasks assigned in JIRA, addressing questions, production issues, and execution queries.
