Position: Global Demand Planning Manager

Salary:$120K-$150K + Bonus DOE

Schedule: 40hrs/week

JOB SUMMARY

Overview:

The Global Demand Planning Manager is a leadership role focused on driving business growth through effective demand planning strategies. This position involves leading a team of supply chain experts, making independent decisions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP):
• Manage the monthly S&OP cycle meetings to align demand and supply strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Forecasting & Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute demand planning strategies that support business growth.
• Utilize analytical skills to navigate complexity and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Lead initiatives to optimize forecasting processes and supply chain operations.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Foster knowledge sharing across teams and departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams across different time zones, managing expectations and ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Supplier & Industry Insight:
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of suppliers and industry trends to align strategies with market dynamics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a global and cross-functional environment.
• Experience leading teams and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to different cultural and organizational contexts.
