What You’ll Do:

  • Employee Relations : Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and productive workplace.
  • Talent Development : Support managers in identifying growth opportunities for their teams and contribute to career development initiatives that align with company objectives.
  • Workforce Planning : Partner with leadership to assess team needs and implement staffing strategies to meet business goals.
  • Onboarding and Integration : Ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience, fostering early engagement and alignment with our company values.
  • Culture Champion : Promote our core values through thoughtful programs and initiatives that strengthen collaboration and teamwork.
  • HR Operations : Assist with day-to-day HR activities, including performance reviews, compensation planning, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Policy and Compliance : Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Support : Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with global HR colleagues to align practices and share best practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR, including employee relations, talent management, and HR operations.
  • Background in financial services highly desirable or professional services
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or Greenhouse.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence.
