Job Description :

• Provide HR support to local Manufacturing associates and people leaders serving as primary point of HR contact including guidance/counsel, direction to tools and resources, conflict resolution, etc.
• Work on retention activity for our current associates, conduct exit interviews, share monthly trends/feedback, identify trouble areas proactively and providing solutions to address.
• Conduct employee relations investigations, handle associate concerns/complaints, facilitate communication, partner with internal COEs on investigations as needed.
• Report monthly metrics to HR leadership and client leaders and participate in problem-solving processes to implement countermeasures.
• Provide guidance on annual performance management and development process, ensure compliance from associates and leaders. Utilize Workday for task approval and completion, manage associate information, pull reports.
