Position: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead
Location: Pleasanton, Sacramento or Vacaville, CA (Hybrid)
Pay: $75 to $85/hour

Conde Group is seeking a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Develop a comprehensive UAT plan for Pricing Strategy 2.0 and its prerequisite projects, covering systems, testing resources, defect management, and all UAT-related matters.
- Lead and communicate UAT resources in the execution of the strategy and UAT plan, including regular meetings with individuals, groups, and leadership to provide updates and direction.
- Establish a centralized area to track UAT progress, artifacts, reports, and plans.
- Coach teams and gather detailed test scripts from impacted programs for testing.
- Document detailed testing scenario results in the appropriate format, ensuring clear communication of results and defects to support defect replication and regression.
- Participate in training sessions with subject matter experts to become familiar with State Fund systems, requirements, and procedures.
- Coordinate the execution of detailed testing scenarios to validate system behavior.
- Gather UAT data and generate weekly reports, ensuring all project documentation is produced in the required format and subject to review from subject matter experts.
- Ensure testing data is available in test environments by coordinating with IT and QA resources.
- Attend project meetings, contribute to problem-solving, and collaborate with IT Development and PBT teams to manage UAT defect resolution and log enhancements in the PBT backlog, promoting high-quality and timely project completion.
Position Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Jira preferred, but not required.
- Capable of writing Test Scripts.
