Our client is seeking an Insurance Agent to join their growing team. This is with an establish insurance agency and is a full-time/permanent role that is a direct client of Aprio Talent Solutions.

Summary:
Our client is an established insurance agency that handles life, health, auto, commercial, home and Medicare insurance. This is a business development focused role and the individual will be responsible for building + managing a pipeline.
Location: Mathews, NC
Onsite/Hybrid: Mostly onsite but is flexible for occasional remote work
Salary: $50,000 + commission
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Client consultations + sales
- Educate clients on insurance products that best suit their needs.
- Generate quotes, negotiate terms and finalize contracts.
- Develop and manage client relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Maintain a database of prospective and current clients using CRM software. (Hawksoft preferred)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred).
- Valid insurance license in NC, service, or insurance (preferred but not required).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
